THE BRIEF
No matter the size of the project, a detailed, insightful brief is the cornerstone of any commercial interior design project. This allows our expert team to bring your vision to life, as well as helping us create budget centred proposals, future proofed concepts, scopes of work and accurate timelines.
We will collaborate with you and your key stakeholders, working as one team towards defining a brief that encompasses the wants, needs and ‘nice to haves’ of your organisation. Our designers will offer a consultative, guided service to enable you to consider all aspects of the project, from the broader context of the ‘feel’ and atmosphere you want your space to evoke through to intricate details such as storage requirements, space efficiencies, footfall/circulation patterns and modes of working.
SURVEYS & CONSULTATION
At Interact we understand that every project comes with individual challenges, and that each and every client has a unique set of ambitions for their space.
Following our initial meeting we will complete a physical site survey during which we will endeavour to learn as much as we can about your business and take sufficient notes, dimensions, photographs, and details to allow us to move your project on to a proceedable footing.
SPACE DESIGN & PLANNING
Upon completion of the brief and site survey, we will set out a choice of transparent, comprehensive pathways to realising your ambitions which offer a tiered approach to design input ranging from almost no design at all (if you have an architect or design partner in already in place we will work closely and collaboratively with them to realise their design concept) through 2-dimensional space planning and product specification all the way to an exhaustive commercial interior design package including photorealistic renderings of your new space.
BESPOKE FURNITURE DESIGN
We are bespoke specialists. Whether we’re starting with a blank piece of paper, interpreting your sketched ideas or partnering with architects and interior designers we have the technical design acumen and deep creativity to make it happen, no matter how complex.
