LAGENTIUM INSURANCE BROKERS
We have just returned from a project working with Lagentium, an insurance brokers based in Castleford.
After purchasing a new building, Tracey Train, Lagentium’s Company Director, contacted Interact to discuss a complete renovation for their new office and customer store. After visiting the building, we worked on some initial designs. Tracey comments: “We received a full presentation of visuals, which included a proper printing station! Interact did an incredible job.”
FURNITURE SELECTION
Commenting on the experience of choosing their furniture, Tracey explains: “Upstairs was off the shelf but for downstairs, we went bespoke as the team advised a bespoke approach would provide an uncompromising level of functionality and a truly unique branded space that represents Lagentium and our standards of customer service!”
Tracey continues: “Interact created a mood board to help us choose a colour scheme. They then pieced all the furniture together, even down to the front desk. We were out of our comfort zone in terms of choosing furniture, but it was an element we felt we could trust Interact with and knew it would be done correctly.”
MAKING AN IMPRESSION
After completing the project, Tracey got in touch to tell us that the renovation has been catching the eyes of passers-by: “They’ve been putting their heads in to tell us what a difference it has made to the street! We’re hoping that this new look could lead to more drop-in customers.”
Discussing the end results and the service Lagentium received, Tracey concludes: “We have received brilliant customer service and have enjoyed working with Interact. From start to finish, it’s been perfect – they’ve been amazing as a team and they even helped with moving day!”
